A priced draft quote from the customer’s own documents
A custom manufacturer rarely quotes from a part number. The request arrives as someone else’s bid package: a specification, a set of drawings, a bid form, addenda and an email thread. Before anyone can name a price, a senior person has to read all of it, and while they read, a competitor may already be answering.
Mavlon’s AI Quoting Engine does that work. It learns how your company prices from your past bid packages, your quotes and your costing spreadsheets. Then it turns each new package into a priced draft quote within minutes. Every line carries a quantity, a price from your own rates and the page that asks for it. Where the documents disagree, the draft prices both readings, a line the package does not settle says TBD, and the open questions come written out for the customer. Your estimator checks the draft and sets the final number.

Proven in production, with real customers
A US manufacturer of engineered waterfront structures runs the AI Quoting Engine in production on every custom bid package. It learned the company’s pricing from its own past jobs, was tested blind on jobs held back, and now drafts quotes within about 2 to 3 percent of the company’s own price on familiar product lines and about 10 to 15 percent on brand-new jobs with many add-ons. The company’s name is withheld at its request.
Montanstahl, the Swiss special-steel manufacturer, deployed Mavlon across plants in Switzerland, Germany, and Italy, screening RFQ feasibility that had consumed thousands of senior estimating hours per year. Their engineers graded the engine at 85%+ accuracy.
