FDOT Bid Tabulations Index: 1,759 Itemized Lettings, 2020–2026
Every itemized Florida DOT bid tabulation we harvested, central office and district, with the contract, letting date, counties, description, page count and a direct link to FDOT's PDF. The map to the most detailed public price record in construction.
Key facts
- The index lists 1,759 itemized FDOT bid tabulations (1,210 central-office lettings, 549 district lettings) from 2020-01-16 to 2026-07-16, each with a direct link to FDOT's PDF; 96 of them contain marine or marine-adjacent pay items.
- FDOT's own aggregate item-average reports carry only standard roadway items; dock, gangway, bulkhead and fender prices exist only inside the itemized tabulations, which is why an index of the PDFs is needed at all.
- Exactly one letting in the harvest carries 751-series floating dock and gangway items (E4Y47, July 2026). Marine work bids through counties, cities, ports and FWC boat-ramp programs far more often than through the DOT.

Use the table below (or the CSV) to find lettings by county, district or description, then open the PDF. Rows marked ● contain at least one marine or marine-adjacent pay item; their prices are already extracted in the marine bid prices dataset. Method and provenance
Central-office tabulations (1,210) were enumerated from FDOT's Cerberus file share, organized by year and month, and downloaded sequentially with a polite delay. District tabulations (549) were enumerated from the district letting pages on fdot.gov. The first page of every PDF was parsed for letting code, date, contract, district, counties and description. The scripts are in the GitHub repository. Harvest and parse re-run on 2026-09-06.
